beat365中国官方网站老生返校思想动态报告

历时两个多月的暑假生活结束了,结束意味着新学期生活的开始。大部分员工于2018年9月2日之前都返回了学校。为了能够了解员工在假期期间思想状况、社会实践活动及其返校之后的思想动态,我司积极采取党总支副书记、学工办主任、辅导员、班主任深入员工寝室的方式,了解员工暑假生活和情况。通过各方面的了解和反馈,我司返校员工的精神状态饱满、寝室环境干净整洁。道德观念、思想观念及价值观念有了客观变化,心态逐渐也变得更成熟更理性。与之前相比改善颇多。也现将我司的返校情况和思想动态总结如下:

一、返校情况

我司老生总人数为2126人,2018年8月31日返校人数为745人,2018年9月1日返校人数为1993人,2018年9月2日返校人数为2092人,2018年9月2日晚22:00后未返校人数为34人,其中11人是因为火车晚点或者是未买到及时的火车票原因延误了返校,16人因学籍异动(休学、退学、征兵入伍)的原因未返校,7人因家中有事未能及时返校,未返校人员中班主任均已联系确定无失联人员且无新疆和西藏籍等员工。

二、思想动态

(一)关注时政,了解政治,扩展视野,有为青年

暑期期间,为了保持“与时俱进”的社会观念及其暑假期间不忘思想建设的优良品质。我司员工通过电视、网络、报纸等媒介密切关注国际国内局势,了解党、学习党、不断加强对党的理论知识的学习;且能够对时事政治做到具体分析,政治方向坚定,态度鲜明,同党中央保持高度一致。暑假期间同学们关注的时事政治有:1.认真学习党的十九大精神报告,对“两个一百年”新征程的了解;同时进行调研考察,了解精准扶贫政策的落实与社会变化;2.观看团的十八大,了解中国共产党对当代团员青年的要求和使命;共青团是共产党的后备军,加强团员青年的培养和教育,有利于祖国的发展的党的建设;3.阅读《习近平的七年知青岁月》;了解老一代知青老员工的奋斗、奉献和知青岁月;激发和感染当代老员工不断奋斗,不断进步;争做时代弄潮儿。

(二)暑期生活,实践中去,了解社会,锻炼自我

老员工社会实践活动是培养老员工的实践能力重要手段之一。我司积极倡导老员工走到家乡,进到农村,了解和体验朴实的农村生活,暑期社会实践,是老员工锻炼自我的平台,更是实现自我价值的窗口。在暑期前我司就召开了以“学习党的十九大,暑期奋斗写青春”的暑期三下乡动员大会;在院级层面,我司积极组织开展了三下乡社会实践活动;同时鼓励各班级同学可以以家乡为依托,或以班级为单位进行开展暑期实践活动;也可以结合自身专业知识和当下社会时事热点,用理论结合实际来投入到社会实践当中。通过反馈和调查,我司暑期员工社会实践参与率可达到100%。通过社会实践能够深入的去了解社会,感受社会,进而达到回报社会的效果。有的同学是结合专业去实习,去帮助建设家乡;有的是关注留守儿童和老人;有的是进行资助宣传工作;有的是对家乡变化、精准扶贫等进行调研;有的是将对学习党的十九大精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想运用到实践中去,践行社会主义核心价值观。我司暑期社会实践活动样式多,方式新颖,内容丰富。通过社会实践活动,丰富了暑期生活,实现了自我价值。

三、实践收获

两个月的暑期生活,在这个暑期里,同学们通过社会实践,学到了知识,丰富了自己,增强了社会实践能力;让这个暑期生活更有意义。大一、大二的同学暑期调研、三下乡和专业见习实习等成为了他们关注的焦点和实践的方向;准大三、大四毕业生们将重心放到了考研、实习就业等方面,有的留校参加辅导班,也有在企业、单位进行专业实习的,有的积极参加各种技能培训提高自身素质和实践能力。 (一)明确目标,勇敢向前

暑假过后,大一员工即将步入大二;大二员工即将步入大三,大三的员工也即将步入毕业的殿堂。他们根据自身实际能力和专业知识分别开始为自己的明天奋斗。对于考研的员工来说,考研的的信息提供便成了他们关注的点。暑假期间,不少同学留校参加辅导班或自我复习,为考研做好准备。通过参加辅导班和自我复习,员工希望给予考研的同学更多的有针对性的指导。对于另外一部分员工来说,他们面对日益激烈的竞争,他们也有自己的选择,更有自己的努力。有一些员工利用暑期到企业、事业等单位见习,强化专业素质和实践能力;有一些则是报名参加各种技能培训班如驾驶、电脑、网络制作等等,目标的明确为了梦想他们开始一步步向前。

(二)快乐同行,美丽人生梦

即将步入大二、大三的员工他们在做什么呢?通过一系列深入的了解,有不少的同学参加了各种技能的培训如驾驶、电脑、网络制作等等。提高了自身的素质,完善了知识结构,为明天做了一个有利的储备。还有一部分参加了社会实践,面对不同的职业他们更是实实在在的体验了人生,感悟了人生,锻炼了自己。其中不少同学是来自山区的贫困生,他们更是积极参加各种勤工助学活动,一方面为家庭分忧解难,另一方面深化了人生的体验和思考;同时也通过自己的方式宣传国家资助政策,了解精准扶贫的政策给家乡带来的变化。

 (三)读万卷书,行万里路

暑假开展下乡实践和专业实践、实地考察成为了我司老员工度过暑期生活的重要方式之一;他们通过对党的理论知识的学习,下到学校、敬老院和红色革命教育基地;通过学习和时间,不断强化自身综合素质;同时对党、对祖国有了更深刻的了解和认识;不断塑造和提高自身内涵建设;用行动去践行,用思想来武装;努力践行社会主义核心价值观,从而实现德智体美劳的全面发展。

四.总结与思考

两个月的暑期生活结束了,很多员工到了学校,还一下很难将精力和状态投入到新的学习当中;这样自然而然就给一部分同学带来困扰。有的同学反馈,“在家休息多好”、“怎么这么快就上学了”等负面情绪的发声。对于这一部分员工来说,其最主要的原因是在新的学期开始并没有树立明确的学习计划和人生目标,从而导致学习态度不端正,学习没有积极性,生活习惯不好等情况。

对于这种情况的发生,我司也采取了相关的措施来对他们进行心理疏导,缓解思想,帮助他们投入到新学期的学习当中,其主要措施和方法有:

(一)交流研讨,强化要求

1.组织各班级员工召开学习交流研讨会,通过老师员工相互交流会,帮助员工明确本学期的学习任务和要求;同时通过老师的分享,让员工明白学习的快乐和意义;同时在交流研讨过后,进行一对一问答,帮助员工解答疑惑,重拾学习兴趣与信心。

2.组织开展学风建设会议;明确本学期的学习要求;通过制度和条例让员工明白员工的第一要务是学习,也让员工明白员工的义务喻职责;从而达到警示和督促的效果。

(二)思想引领,加强内涵建设

1.组织形式新颖,丰富多彩的校园文化活动;通过活动促学习;活动促发展,活动调心态等,让员工从暑期生活转变过来,分散员工注意力;充分利用员工的课余时间,让员工有事可做;有本可思;从而调整员工的心态和想法,帮助员工更好的投入学习中去;

2.进行思想引导;通过观看《平“语”近人》、《厉害了我的国》和党团活动及学习;帮助员工重拾信心,提高内涵建设,加强员工的思想引领。
